Client workA complete training solution · Arabic and English
From slide decks and Excel sheets to a complete learning system.
Talent Staff runs a diploma for HR professionals. The expertise was there, but the way it was delivered wasn't serving the trainees: English slide decks, legal notes in Word files, no exercises or quizzes, no way to catch up on a missed class, and the practical side taught on Excel sheets. They needed something trainees could really learn from, and trainers could work with in the room.
What they had, and what we built in its place. The Before pictures come from their original files, with personal details removed.
The content
Before
English slide decks of short bullet points, and legal notes in an unformatted Word file.
After
120 documents in Talent Staff's brand, Arabic first, with every legal point checked against the text of the law.
Practice
BeforeDidn't exist
No activities or quizzes. Trainees listened to the session, then left.
After
Every module has case studies, practice tasks, templates to work on and a short quiz at the end.
Missed classes
BeforeDidn't exist
A trainee who missed a class had no way to know what was covered.
After
A recording script for every module, so it can be filmed and watched by anyone who missed it.
Hands-on practice
Before
Excel sheets filled in by hand, with the logic hidden in formulas: trainees saw numbers without seeing where they came from.
After
3 interactive tools in Arabic and English: change any number, and the result and its explanation update in front of you.
The result: a diploma taught to the same standard every time. Trainees practise instead of only listening, anyone who misses a class can catch up, and the tools explain themselves in front of the room.
The training library
20 training modules, six documents each in Arabic and English.
Every module ships as six documents
Three documents, each in Arabic and in English. Every one comes as a print-ready PDF and an editable Word file.
Teaching guide
The session plan in minutes, the lessons, worked examples and answers to the questions the room will ask.
ARENPDFWord
Student study guide
The lessons in plain language, case studies, practice tasks, blank templates to work on, and a short check at the end.
ARENPDFWord
Recording script
A ready-to-read script, so every module can be recorded on video without extra preparation.

How we did it
Arabic first
Every line was written in Egyptian Arabic first, and the English was written from it. No word-for-word translation, and no Arabic that reads like one.
The law, from its Arabic text
Every legal point was checked against the Arabic text of the new Labour Law. Where the widely used English translation gets something wrong, the course says it right and explains the difference.
What isn't settled says so
Nothing we couldn't verify is taught as fact. Every module has a Not settled section that says so plainly.
One source, six documents
Each module is built from a single source that produces all six documents. Change it once, and all six update together.
Checked before delivery
An automatic check on every file: page size, a table of contents with real page numbers, and no internal note left in the student's copy.

Interactive classroom tools
3 tools that take the place of the Excel sheets in class: trainees change the numbers and see the effect, and why.
3 tools in place of 3 Excel files
Each tool covers a module of the diploma, and runs in the browser on any device in the room.
Workforce planning
Each employee's risk score, the gap between today's headcount and what the work needs, succession and the hiring plan, all calculated in front of you.
Mini ATS
Whether the hire is justified at all, the cost of each sourcing channel, and candidates compared on clear, weighted criteria, with a flag when scores disagree.
Onboarding and probation
Onboarding tasks with owners and dates, the 30, 60 and 90-day reviews, and a warning before the probation period runs out.
What changed from Excel
The logic is on screen
Next to every result is how it was worked out, in words, so trainees see where the number comes from.
Change a number, see the effect
Any change updates the results and warnings at once, so the trainer can teach with real scenarios.
Arabic and English
One button switches the whole tool, and the Arabic was written first.
Tied to the law
Legal warnings, such as the length of the probation period, follow the new Labour Law.
Nothing breaks
No formulas to delete by mistake, and one button brings the original data back.
Try them yourself
These are the same tools used in class, with sample data. Change any number and see what happens.
